Public Service Announcement

This post is for the sole purpose of the Cocaine Pinata hype up.  I want to put it in the scriptures, formally document, for gods sake, carve it in my damn arm, THIS ALBUM IS GOING TO BE ONE OF THE BEST ALBUMS OF THE DECADE.  As soon as I heard the quote from Gibbs--"a black exploitation film on wax"-it was said and done.  All we need are some Pam Grier pics and we're gucci bruh.

DJ House Shoes somehow got the sneakpeak and was teasin me like Christmas eve.  Peep the tweets:

now
Gibbs got the new Illmatic. 4 songs in. Deal widdit.
This shit is so fucking good.
I'm only on number 7. Bodybags everywhere.
Y'all gonna chill on crying for the new MadVillain for a minute when y'all get this PiƱata.
YO THIS SHIT IS INCREDIBLE.

Made my night mang.

Placebo- Inner City Blues:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVR1aSENdeU

Son..I made some attempts to dig in the city of Brussels while I was out there.  At the time, I didn't have quite the rich database of music in my brain and unfortunately was unaware of the existence of this band from Belgium, Placebo.  In fact, in the midst of vibin', the homie and I came to the conclusion that the Marc Moulin led, Placebo version MAY outdo--no disrespect to the god but--MAY just outdo Marvin Gaye's version on What's Going On.  Somethin' 'bout that fat-ass bass must have done us in.  The change up at around four minutes in-- *head-nods in amazement*--so beautiful.  Do what you please with it--sip to it, get faded to it, make love to this track right here--but that's what I'm samplin' today.
